Can you guess your number 1 superpower?

Hey there!

Let’s talk about those days when you wake up with the perfect plan in mind. You’re ready to dive into your projects, create something new, and check off all those items on your to-do list.

Today feels different, you tell yourself. Today, nothing will get pushed to tomorrow. But what happens when the universe seems to have other plans?

Picture this: you’re in your groove, feeling the flow, and then bam! You hit a snag.

Maybe technology decides to play hard to get, but you persevere and figure it out. You remain optimistic. Then, just as you’re back on track, another bump in the road appears. Yet again, you adjust and keep moving forward. But it doesn’t end there. Another snag, this time due to a simple user error.

Frustration starts to creep in as you realize this project is taking far more time than anticipated. Patience wears thin.

But hey, you’re determined. Motivated. This project means something to you, darn it. So, you dive in again, pushing through until—oh joy!—the online software crashes at the final stage.

Back to square one. At this point, it’s easy to throw in the towel, convincing yourself it’s a sign from the universe that you’re not meant to pursue this work.

Or is it?

What if those mishaps aren’t roadblocks, but rather signposts pointing you towards growth and learning?

Last week, I found myself in a similar situation, spending three hours on a project that should’ve taken one. Instead of seeing it as a failure, I chose to view each challenge as an opportunity for growth.

Each obstacle provided a new lesson, not just about the project, but about myself.

I realized that starting something new means learning along the way. Learning requires resilience—the ability to bounce back from setbacks, and to see opportunities where others see barriers. It’s about choosing growth over victim-hood, opportunity over defeat.

You see, you get to decide what something means and how it impacts your life. This is huge because energy flows where attention goes.

This is your superpower!

If your focus is on learning and growing, that’s where you’ll go. But if you’re stuck on why something can’t or shouldn’t happen, well, guess what? It won’t.

So, where do you want your energy to go? What do you want to grow in your life?

You have the power to choose how you face challenges. Will you choose resilience or defeat? Growth or victim-hood?

The choice is yours.

Remember, you’ve got this!

Until next time, keep embracing those challenges and turning them into stepping stones on your path to success.

With love and encouragement,
